Lacey Dyer – Manager of Clinical Operations & Inventory Control

Lacey Dyer is a Manager of Clinical Operations & Inventory Control with Acumen Healthcare and has 15 years of consulting experience in ambulatory surgery, including collaborating with clients, architects and devlopers to promote appropriate design of an ambulatory surgery centers that are efficient, within budget, completed on-time and flow optimally. She is skilled and resourceful in equipment selection and coordination of planning and purchasing equipment, instrumentation and supplies.

Ms. Dyer specializes as well, in planning, development, implementation and management of electronic health records for the ambulatory setting. She is skilled in supply chain and inventory establishment and control. She has practiced nursing and supported clinical care in pre-op, OR and PACU and has been successful in evidence-based clinical practice for more than 20 years.

A member of APIC, Ms. Dyer assists to develop infection control programs and monitors best practices within all areas of the surgery center.
